Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking a Supervisor for Mobile Medicine - Advanced and Basic Life Support Ground Transportations in Charlotte, NC. This full-time role requires supervising daily operations, coordinating scheduling for shifts, and maintaining statistics and quality of care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred.
• Valid driver's license required and must maintain an acceptable driving record.
• EMT-Paramedic certification (National Registry) required for Mobile Medicine.
• ACLS, PALS, and BLS certifications as directed by Medical Director.
• Knowledge of healthcare, EMS systems, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day Mobile Medicine Paramedic operations.
• Assist with API scheduling for all shifts, including on-call and after-hours.
• Compile and maintain statistics.
• Research methods to promote field advances.
• Maintain employee variances, education forms, and payroll.
• Monitor clinical competency and report gaps to Manager.
• Assist with orientation of new Paramedics.
• Schedule patients via referral portal.
• Maintain good relationships with customers.
• Review patient charts monthly with Medical Directors.
• Assist with collecting data, patient charts, and demographics.
