Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years paralegal experience.
• At least 3 years in federal litigation.
• Experience with tribal courts preferred.
• Proficient with legal technology and e-filing tools.

Responsibilities

• Draft, file, and format pleadings, motions, and discovery in Federal, State, and Tribal Courts.
• Maintain litigation calendars and ensure timely filings and court appearances.
• Support attorneys with calendar management, billing, meetings, and time entries.
• Coordinate with court clerks, clients, and opposing counsel.
• Organize electronic and physical case files and exhibits.
• Prepare discovery responses and assemble exhibits for hearings and trials.
• Oversee discovery process and ensure timelines and procedural compliance.
• Provide trial support and assist with witness files and exhibit lists.
• Conduct legal research and draft case summaries.
• Train paralegals and staff on e-filing and related tools.
