Edwards Injury Law seeks an experienced Senior Paralegal to manage personal injury cases and provide high-level litigation support. The role requires five+ years of paralegal experience and the ability to independently manage cases through post-treatment to resolution.

Ideal candidates are proactive, detail-oriented, organized, and capable of owning deadlines, documentation, client communication, and competing priorities while supporting attorneys through trial preparation and settlement

Qualificações

• Five+ years of paralegal experience.
• Associate's or bachelor's degree in paralegal studies or related field, or equivalent.
• Strong organizational, legal writing, proofreading, and document management skills.
• Ability to independently manage cases, deadlines, and competing priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsabilidades

• Manage post-treatment personal injury cases through settlement or litigation.
• Coordinate discovery responses, depositions, hearings, mediations and trial prep.
• Organize evidence, medical records, correspondence, and exhibits for litigation.
• Monitor calendars and ensure deadlines and deliverables are met.
• Support settlement documentation and disbursement preparation under attorney supervision.
• Proactively manage workflow gaps and keep cases moving with minimal oversight.
• Provide timely case updates and respond to client inquiries.
• Escalate issues to maintain consistent progress.
