Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3–5 years' relevant work experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree and/or paralegal certificate preferred.
• Strong MS Office skills required.

Responsibilities

• Manage case files and support multiple attorneys on prelitigation personal injury cases.
• Investigate insurance coverages and organize medical records to support damage outlines.
• Prepare, calculate, and maintain damage summaries including medical expenses, lost wages, and property damage.
• Log daily mail and draft necessary correspondence for day-to-day case management.
• Prepare files for litigation transfer when necessary.
• Submit medical specials to insurance carriers with demand summaries.
• Communicate with clients, attorneys, and insurance adjusters regarding case status.
• Produce weekly reports and participate in monthly team meetings.
