Responsibilities

• Case management: obtain, review, and organize medical records.
• Prepare, calculate, and maintain damage summaries including medical expenses, lost wages, and property damage.
• Log daily mail and prepare disbursement summaries.
• Communicate with clients and attorneys on case status weekly.
• Assist attorney with settlement documentation and disbursements.
• Prepare file for litigation transfer when necessary.

Education
