Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Three to five years of relevant work experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree and/or paralegal certificate preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Investigation of all insurance coverages available to the client and organizing medical records to complete a treatment outline.
• Preparing, calculating, and maintaining damage summaries including medical expenses, lost wages, and property damage.
• Logging daily mail and drafting necessary correspondence for day-to-day case management.
• Preparation of file for litigation transfer when necessary.
• Preparing and forwarding medical specials to insurance carriers with demand summary.
• Meeting and exceeding goals set.
• Corresponding with clients, attorneys, and insurance adjusters regarding case status.
• Maintaining consistent client contacts, weekly reports, and monthly team meetings.
