Job summary

Kisling, Nestico & Redick, LLC seeks a Senior Paralegal to support multiple Attorneys in prelitigation personal injury cases. You will manage case files, gather medical records, prepare damage summaries, and assist with litigation readiness while maintaining accurate client communication and deadlines.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years’ paralegal or related experience, a High School Diploma or GED (Bachelor’s or paralegal certificate preferred), and strong MS Office skills with excellent attention

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree or paralegal certificate preferred.
Three to five years’ relevant work experience preferred.
Strong MS Office skills and professional communication.

Responsibilities

Case Management: investigate insurance coverages and organize medical records.
Prepare and maintain damage summaries including medical expenses and lost wages.
Log daily mail and draft correspondence for case management.
Prepare files for litigation transfer when necessary.
Submissions: forward medical records to carriers with demand summary.
Communicate with clients, attorneys, and adjusters; provide weekly and monthly updates.
