RWE Americas, LLC seeks a Senior Paralegal - Litigation to join our in-house legal team in the United States. The role supports a broad disputes portfolio, including complex contracts, regulatory challenges, and environmental litigation, coordinating with internal teams and outside counsel.

The successful candidate will have a bachelor’s degree, a paralegal certificate, and at least five years of litigation experience, with strong e-discovery and document review skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and paralegal certificate.
• Minimum of 5 years of litigation experience in a law firm or in-house legal department.
• Experience managing discovery and e-discovery in complex matters.
• In-house experience or experience in energy, infrastructure, or construction sectors preferred.
• Self-starter who anticipates needs and drives matters forward with minimal supervision.
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills with meticulous attention to deadlines and productions.

Responsabilités

• Support a broad disputes portfolio across multiple jurisdictions.
• Lead matter intake and early case assessment with outside counsel.
• Manage deadlines and docketing under court rules and contracts.
• Review pleadings, motions, and related memoranda.
• Maintain audit-ready case files and manage e-discovery end-to-end.
• Coordinate deposition, hearings, and trial preparation.
• Interface with senior leaders, outside counsel, and vendors on issues.
