RWE Americas, LLC is seeking an experienced Senior Paralegal - Litigation to join its in‑house legal team in the United States. You will manage a broad disputes portfolio, including complex contracts, regulatory challenges, and environmental matters, collaborating with internal teams and outside counsel.

Your role prioritizes timely discovery, document production, and risk reporting, with opportunities to shape the firm’s litigation approach. Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and paralegal certificate required.
• Minimum of 5 years of litigation experience in law firms or in‑house.
• Experience managing discovery and e‑discovery in complex matters.
• In‑house or energy/infrastructure experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Support a broad disputes portfolio across jurisdictions.
• Lead matter intake and preliminary assessment for strategy.
• Docket deadlines and maintain a master calendar with counsel.
• Review pleadings, motions, and memoranda for key issues.
• Maintain internal litigation files and case records.
• Oversee pre‑trial discovery, e‑discovery and privilege logs.
• Draft discovery requests and responses for attorney review.
• Prepare warranty and insurance claim packages and tracking.
• Coordinate deposition, hearing, and trial prep materials.
• Manage outside counsel invoices and budgets; monitor costs.
• Conduct legal research and assist with risk reporting.
