Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide paralegal support for litigation matters including discovery management, subpoenas, and trial prep.
• Open, maintain, and close case files using Nissan’s case management system (T360).
• Prepare correspondence, memoranda, and presentations for management and counsel.
• Supervise under the guidance of senior counsel in a fast-paced legal environment.
• Coordinate with outside counsel and manage legal holds and docket monitoring.
• Assist in preparing discovery responses and related documents.
• Support records retention policies and process improvements in workflows.
