Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP is seeking a litigation paralegal to support attorneys and manage case files, with responsibilities including document review, filing, and deposition prep. The role requires exceptional organization and communication skills, and close collaboration with clerks and support staff.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s degree and, preferably, an ABA-approved paralegal certificate, with a minimum of two years of litigation experience in state and federal courts.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree is required for the role in a litigation setting.
• Paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program is preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of litigation experience in state and federal courts.
• Strong MS Office skills and familiarity with document management systems.
• Experience with timekeeping and expense reporting apps.
• Proficiency with LexisNexis/Westlaw, PACER, and CM/ECF systems.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare motion papers, court filings, and correspondence; liaise between departments.
• Organize, review, and maintain documents and case files for ECF filings.
• Conduct electronic document reviews and searches of production databases.
• Bates stamp and confidentiality handling in Adobe Acrobat when producing documents.
• Arrange deposition support, including exhibits and relevant materials.
• Coordinate conference room bookings and outside services for depositions.
• Maintain deposition transcripts, videos, and certified copies.
• Assist with training and mentoring entry level paralegals.
• Overtime and travel may be required.
