Responsibilities

• Own licensing program: track deadlines, prepare/apply licenses, transfers, renewals nationwide.
• Master and manage the contracts library; draft, proofread, update templates; implement CLM platform.
• Provide comprehensive legal support across corporate, transactional, litigation, and compliance matters; maintain confidentiality.
