Job summary

Matthews Real Estate Investment Services, Inc. is seeking an experienced paralegal to own the licensing program, manage a contracts library, and lead compliance initiatives in our Nashville office.

You will work with in‑house attorneys, implement a state-of-the-art CLM platform, and conduct extensive legal and regulatory research across all 51 jurisdictions while mentoring a Licensing Administrator.

Qualifications

• 7+ years as a paralegal in licensing, transactional, or compliance.
• Excellent organization, deadline management, and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Claude AI, CLM platforms, Salesforce, LexisNexis/Westlaw, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Own licensing program and research state requirements.
• Manage contract templates and implement CLM platform.
• Support compliance, audits, and regulatory responses.
• Lead licensing processes and mentor staff.
• Collaborate with CEO, attorneys, brokers and HR.
