Job summary

JPalmer Collective seeks a Senior Paralegal with deep experience in commercial lending to organize and standardize all legal and credit documentation across the firm’s portfolio. The role begins as a 40-hour/week full-time project focused on cleanup, system alignment, and process implementation, with potential transition to a longer-term, part-time or expanded role.

Compensation ranges from $120,000 to $160,000 annually, with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years as a paralegal in commercial lending, asset-based lending, private credit, or specialty finance.
• Deep familiarity with credit agreements, loan documentation, and post-closing processes.
• Experience building compliant documentation systems and audit-ready files.

Responsibilities

• Lead cleanup and reorganization of loan files across platforms (SharePoint, cloud drives).
• Establish standardized naming conventions and folder structures for all docs.
• Centralize and maintain audited, accessible documentation across teams.
• Develop and enforce processes for post-closing deliverables and compliance tracking.
