This individual will operate as a high-trust, internal-facing operator, working across teams to ensure that documentation, compliance tracking, and post-closing processes are consistent, complete, and scalable.

Compensation: $120k-$160k per year, based on experience and qualifications. JPalmer Collective also offers a comprehensive benefits package for eligible employees.
