Scion Staffing, Inc. is conducting a search for a Senior Paralegal with a top-tier litigation practice in New York City.

This full-time, hybrid role supports complex IP matters and mentors junior paralegals while coordinating multi-matter support. The ideal candidate has significant litigation paralegal experience, strong organizational and research skills, and the ability to work independently within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Significant experience as a litigation paralegal
• Experience mentoring or coordinating junior staff
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and deadline management
• Ability to work independently within a team environment

Responsibilities

• Support attorneys through all phases of complex litigation from inception to trial and appeal
• Coordinate paralegal support across multiple matters and prioritize assignments
• Mentor and train junior paralegals
• Organize and maintain case files, pleadings, discovery, and expert materials
• Manage document productions and large-scale discovery projects
• Prepare deposition materials, exhibits, and witness files
• Support expert discovery, including reports and depositions
• Assist with hearing and trial preparation and exhibit management
• Conduct factual and legal research using litigation databases
• Coordinate with vendors, court personnel and outside service providers
• Assist with process improvements and administrative litigation support
