Job summary

CACI International Inc. is seeking a Senior Paralegal to provide litigation support to the DOJ, Civil Rights Division, Housing and Civil Enforcement Section. The role requires strong document review experience and familiarity with Relativity/RelativityOne, ESI tools, and legal research.

The position is onsite in Washington, DC, with up to 25% travel and active customer service duties on the HCE Hotline. Qualifications include a paralegal certificate or JD (or equivalent), 2+ years in litigation

Qualifications

• Paralegal certificate, JD, or equivalent legal training/experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of litigation paralegal or related legal project experience.
• At least 1 year supporting automated litigation support or electronic discovery projects.
• Experience using Relativity and RelativityOne for document review and litigation support.
• Knowledge of federal and state court systems, and legal research procedures.

Responsibilities

• Develops litigation support work products with minimal supervision.
• Performs moderately complex legal research using applicable tools.
• Reviews transcripts of hearings, depositions and oral arguments for attorneys.
• Prepares drafts of legal memoranda, correspondence and summaries.
• Conducts document review using Relativity/RelativityOne.
• Supports electronic discovery activities, coding, quality control, and production prep.
• Assists with generating document productions and managing workflows.
• Provides trial support and materials preparation.
• Handles hotline intake and records for HOA/HCE matters.
