Job summary

UL Solutions is seeking a senior paralegal to provide substantive support to internal and external attorneys across commercial and employment litigation. The role involves case management, drafting legal documents, coordinating discovery, and assisting with trial logistics.

You will lead a team of Legal Assistants and Paralegals, maintain confidentiality, interact with attorneys, prepare case summaries, and ensure timely filings with federal/state courts and arbitration bodies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree; Paralegal Certificate with 7+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and spoken communication abilities.
• Ability to multitask and work independently under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate work of Legal Assistants, Paralegals and other staff on major legal support efforts.
• Prepare and file documents with federal and state courts, arbitration bodies and government agencies.
• Assist with discovery, witness interviews and trial logistics.
• Draft correspondence and legal memos on complex matters with confidentiality.
• Prepare detailed case summaries for attorney review.
