Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years as a transactional paralegal in a law firm or corporate legal dept.
- Bachelor’s or Associate’s with ABA-approved Paralegal Certificate preferred.
- Strong drafting, negotiation and risk evaluation skills for complex agreements.
Responsibilities
- Draft, review and coordinate complex commercial agreements for global partnerships.
- Assist attorneys with negotiation prep, analyze requirements and identify risks.
- Support governance, CLM integration and contract lifecycle management.
- Deliver training and guidance on contractual issues and tech-enabled tools.
- Coordinate across cross-functional teams to ensure timely, compliant transactions.
