Qualifications

• US Juris Doctor degree and bar admission in a US state or international bar.
• 7+ years in law firm, government and/or corporate legal practice.
• Experience researching, analyzing, and interpreting proposed and existing laws and regulations.
• Experience drafting, negotiating, and approving legal contracts, policies, and related documents.
• Experience representing the organization in litigation, arbitration, or other disputes.
