Job summary

Sysco seeks a Senior Paralegal to manage service of process, respond to legal notices and subpoenas, and oversee litigation holds and external counsel spend. The role requires handling deadlines, documents, and correspondence for a broad range of corporate matters.

The candidate will support in-house counsel, ensure timely production of documents, and assist with government agency claims, while providing essential administrative support across the legal team.

Qualifications

• BA/BS or Associate's Degree in Paralegal Studies or equivalent field required.
• Ten or more years of experience in litigation and/or a corporate/business environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage service of process for all legal matters and coordinate timely assignment of same.
• Manage/prepare timely responses to legal notices and subpoenas.
• Prepare, manage and track litigation hold notices
• Manage legal tracker database
• Prepare legal documents, agency responses and legal correspondence
• Other administrative matters
