Job summary

Sodexo Group seeks a Senior Paralegal for its Commercial Litigation Team to support litigation attorneys, manage cases, respond to subpoenas, and assist with discovery processes. Key duties include drafting correspondence, managing document productions, and coordinating with internal/external counsel.

The role emphasizes independent work with team collaboration, e-discovery, and bankruptcy support capabilities within a corporate legal setting.

Qualifications

• Paralegal certification required.
• At least 2 years of related experience.
• Experience with e-discovery and document review technology platforms.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Experience with Chapter 11 bankruptcies a plus (will train otherwise qualified).
• Familiarity with Westlaw and PACER.
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys with case management.
• Respond to subpoenas and coordinate document productions.
• Draft correspondence, litigation hold notices, and ad hoc reports.
• Identify, compile, and review documents for discovery and other purposes.
• Assist with case investigation.
• Conduct e-discovery, document review, and document production.
• Maintain case management database and update quarterly reports.
• Organize electronic files of important case documents.
• Collaborate across legal, IT, finance, and HR.
