Job summary

Zeno Power in Washington, DC seeks a Senior Paralegal to support the Legal team in corporate and contracts matters as the company scales into a commercial and national security supplier of radioisotope power systems.

The role partners with the Chief Regulatory and Legal Officer, outside counsel, and internal teams to manage NDAs, standard services agreements, government contracts, IP matters, and related tasks. This is an in-office role with limited travel.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of paralegal experience in corporate and transactional work.
• Experience with government contractors, aerospace/defense, or regulated industries preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support corporate activities: resolutions, consents, cap table documentation, entity minute books.
• Serve as first-line for NDAs and standard services agreements for DC-based teams.
• Maintain contract templates and playbooks; support negotiations.
• Assist with IP matters and outside counsel coordination.
• Stand up a contracts lifecycle management system (CLM) and manage processes.
