The position involves ensuring compliance with firm guidelines, coordinating with attorneys, and maintaining templates, files, and expense

Responsibilities

• Review, revision, and drafting of legal documents for company-wide business units.
• Maintain prompt communication and responses to inquiries regarding legal documents and contracts.
• Identify risks and propose alternatives to mitigate issues; conduct negotiations as appropriate.
• Legal research and assistance to company attorneys as assigned.
• Manage and direct data retention/purging procedures.
• Provide clerical support and maintain department files and trackers.
• Process invoices for outside counsel and department expenses.
• Assist with insurance policy applications, renewals, and related matters.
• Support other legal projects and update templates and forms.
• Organize and maintain legal department files and templates.
