Job summary

Novogradac is seeking a senior paralegal to support the Legal & Risk Department. The role handles drafting and reviewing contracts, subpoenas, NDAs, and board resolutions, plus legal research and data retention oversight.

• Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of work experience or equivalent balance of education and experience.
• Law degree or paralegal certification is highly preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to interpret complex policies and law.
• Strong attention to detail and thoroughness; maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and revise legal documents, NDAs, contracts, subpoenas, and related communications.
• Conduct legal research and support attorneys; assist with data retention and purging procedures.
• Coordinate responses to inquiries about legal documents; manage outside counsel communications.
• Organize templates, files, and document systems; handle invoices per AP procedures.
• Support additional legal projects and maintain department records.
