Qualifications

• 5+ years of paralegal or legal assistant experience.
• Background in trusts & estates, corporate governance, transactions, family office support, or entity management.
• Strong legal drafting, organizational, and project management skills.
• Bachelor's degree or Paralegal Certificate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support trust and estate administration activities.
• Maintain corporate records and governance documents.
• Assist with M&A transactions, due diligence, and data rooms.
• Manage legal projects, research, and compliance initiatives.
