Job summary

Lee Hecht Harrison Nederland B.V. in partnership with a law firm in New York City seeks an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join the team.

The role requires experience in personal injury, civil, commercial, or employment cases and is fully onsite in NYC. The candidate will draft legal documents, manage litigation files, file in courts via E-Courts and PACER, coordinate discovery, review medical records, prepare trial documents, and interact with clients.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of recent litigation experience.
• E-filing in NY, NJ, CT, and Federal Courts.
• Bachelor’s Degree and/or Paralegal Certificate preferred.
• Strong MS Office knowledge.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Available for overtime, as needed.

Responsibilities

• Drafting legal documents and correspondence.
• Maintaining litigation files.
• Filing in State and Federal Courts via E-Courts and PACER.
• Coordinating discovery.
