Job summary

The Walt Disney Company in Burbank, CA is seeking a Senior Paralegal to support Corporate Legal. You will handle contract drafting, review, negotiations, and comprehensive content clearance for marketing and promotional materials across domestic and international teams.

Collaborate with Enterprise Social Responsibility, Environmental Sustainability, theme parks, ESPN, Consumer Products, television, studios, and Disney+, coordinating with executives and business units to advance legal

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Paralegal Certification, or commensurate education as set forth by ABA/state codes.
• Content review and legal clearance experience preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication; detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle stage of contract process from intake, drafting, and negotiating through contract execution for various contracts.
• Track agreements and maintain the contract management system; update templates.
• Work with clients to ensure timely processing of legal transactions across departments and with executives.
• Assist with content review and legal clearances for marketing and promotional materials.
• Manage domestic cause marketing campaign registrations and related processes.
• Train clients on internal contract processes and the cause marketing registration process.
• Assist with other legal projects as needed.
