Job summary

Farnsworth Group, Inc. seeks a seasoned Paralegal to support the General Counsel across contract, claims, insurance, corporate, and other legal matters in a dynamic in-house setting.

The role involves managing contracts, maintaining the contract-management system, and assisting with corporate records and governance documents while ensuring confidentiality and compliance across our firm’s projects and professional services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and paralegal certificate.
• 10–15 years of paralegal or closely related legal-support experience.
• Minimum 5 years supporting an architecture, engineering, construction, or professional-services organization.

Responsibilities

• Manage the contract lifecycle from intake to filing and maintenance.
• Maintain the contract-management system ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
• Review, compare, revise, and redline contracts and related documents.
• Support claims-related files and insurance certificates.
• Assist with corporate records, governance materials, registrations, and filings.
• Coordinate calendar, deadlines, and administrative support for the legal department.
