Job summary

Nationwide Trial Division seeks a Senior Paralegal to provide pre-trial and trial support for insured and commercial litigation. You will draft and file pleadings, manage document production, review medical records, and summarize depositions across multiple cases.

Ideal candidates have 5 years of paralegal experience in insurance-related litigation, strong organizational and research skills, and comfort with technology. A hybrid work arrangement may be available, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate studies in business administration, insurance, or related area preferred.
• Certification in paralegal studies strongly preferred and/or demonstrated insurance litigation paralegal experience.
• Typically, five years of experience in a paralegal capacity doing insurance-related litigation.
• Knowledge of law office operations, filing and scheduling procedures, and use of e‑filing and e‑Court systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide pre-trial and trial support for litigated matters with varied complexity.
• Draft, review, file, and serve pleadings and motions, including complex motions.
• Review and summarize medical records and documents.
• Conduct legal research and draft deposition summaries and timelines.
• Coordinate depositions, hearings, and meetings; communicate with clients and experts.
