Job summary

The Reserves Network is seeking an experienced paralegal with a focus on commercial real estate to support a growing pipeline of mixed-use, commercial, multifamily and residential development projects.

You will coordinate closings, track key dates, prepare closing documents, and partner across legal, development, construction, finance and ownership to move deals forward. The role demands proactive, detail-oriented professionals who can handle multiple transactions in a fast-moving setting.

Qualifications

  • Meaningful paralegal experience with commercial real estate, development or sophisticated real estate transactions.
  • 5–10 years of paralegal experience, preferably within real estate.
  • Understanding of language and moving pieces in real estate deals and closings.
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple transactions and changing deadlines.
  • Proactive and resourceful—seek answers and solutions before asking others.
  • Ability to prepare polished, accurate documents for attorney review.
  • Intellectual curiosity about the “why” behind the work.
  • Professional presentation and comfort communicating with executives and partners.

  • Track key dates across multiple projects, purchase agreements, amendments and development phases
  • Prepare and organize closing documents, settlement statements, agreements and related legal documentation
  • Research prior agreements and transactions to create strong first drafts for attorney review
  • Work closely with legal, development, construction, finance, accounting and project management teams
  • Identify potential issues and know when outside legal expertise may be needed
  • Improve processes, organization and document workflows as the company grows
  • Use technology and AI tools to improve speed and quality of document preparation

What You’ll Do

The base salary range for this position is $90,000–$110,000, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
