The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced transactional environment and brings sharp attention to detail, strong communication skills, and proficiency with MS Office, Adobe Acrobat, and NetDocuments.

Qualifications

• Experience with complex real estate transactions; multifamily or healthcare financings preferred.
• Strong proficiency in title and survey review.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities.
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat.
• Familiarity with document management systems (NetDocuments or similar platforms preferred).

Responsibilities

• Review entity formation documents.
• Analyze title commitments and surveys; identify issues and prepare summaries for attorney review.
• Coordinate with title companies, including review of title policy pro formas.
• Manage title and survey requirements across multiple stakeholders.
• Draft and review loan and real estate documents.
• Conduct and review UCC, judgment, and bankruptcy searches.
• Coordinate transaction closings, including preparation of signature packages and document delivery.
• Draft escrow and recording instructions.
• Assist with due diligence collection and tracking.
• Participate in transaction calls and provide status updates.

This role will work closely with attorneys on complex, time-sensitive financings involving government-backed multifamily and healthcare transactions.
