Responsibilities

  • Investigate insurance coverages available to the client.
  • Obtain, review, and organize medical records to complete a treatment outline.
  • Prepare, calculate, and maintain damage summaries including medical expenses, lost wages, and property damage.
  • Log daily mail and drafting any correspondence necessary in the day-to-day case management.
  • Prepare file for litigation transfer when necessary.
  • Prepare and forward medical specials to insurance carriers with demand summary.
  • Meet and exceed goals set.
  • Correspond with clients, Attorney and insurance adjusters regarding case status.
  • Maintain professional interactions, internally and externally.
  • Provide weekly reports and participate in monthly team meetings.

Position Responsibilities
  • Case Management
    • Investigation of all insurance coverages available to the client
    • Obtaining, reviewing, and organizing medical records to complete a treatment outline
    • Preparing, calculating, and maintaining damage summaries including medical expenses, lost wages, and property damage
    • Logging daily mail and drafting any correspondence necessary in the day-to-day case management
    • Preparation of file for litigation transfer when necessary
  • Submissions
    • Preparing and forwarding medical specials to insurance carriers with demand summary
    • Meeting and exceeding goals set
  • Communication

Physical Requirements
  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds at times.
  • This job operates in a professional office environment. Exposure to computer screens and low level of noise.
