EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION YOU WILL NEED

• Paralegal certificate from ABA‑approved program desired; CP or ACP designation preferred
• 7+ years of experience as a paralegal, including 3+ years in med tech, biotech, or life sciences
• Experience with contract management systems, board portals, and healthcare regulations is required
• Strong organizational and communication skills

MAIN DUTIES OF THE JOB

• Support corporate governance, compliance, and legal filings
• Manage contract database, support contract review and negotiation
• Assist legal team with legal research, record management, and process improvement
• Assist with board meeting preparation, manage board portal and maintain board minutes
• Provide operational support including stock administration and intellectual property matters
• Ensure confidentiality and handle sensitive legal information professionally
