Job summary

Trax International, located at Yuma Proving Ground, AZ, seeks a Parachute Rigger III Test Parachutist II. Responsibilities include packing parachutes, performing inspections, and supporting air delivery operations in extreme conditions.

Must have a high school diploma, 4+ years rigger experience, and HALO/static line qualifications. Position requires US citizenship and ability to obtain security clearance; candidates should be prepared for a physically demanding role with periodic high-altitude

Qualifications

Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
Must be an experienced military rigger (minimum four (4) years of experience) Army certified parachute rigger by the Quartermaster Center, Ft. Lee, VA.
Must be Military static line jump qualified.
Must be a graduate of a USASOC approved Military Freefall Course.
Must be able to maintain jump status in accordance with FM-220.

Responsibilities

Unpacks, examines, assembles, and packs cargo, extractions, and personnel parachutes.
Performs routine and in-storage rigger inspections of parachutes and related equipment.
Performs general support maintenance on parachutes, textiles, and airdrop gear.
Performs rigging, handling, and transporting of hazardous materials and explosives.
