Qualifications
At least seven years production/process engineering and supervisory experience in paper manufacturing operations.
Ability to move about the mill, ascend/descend ladders, and tolerate temperature extremes.
Willingness to work beyond normal schedule when necessary.
Responsibilities
Assist in the management of paper machine line operations.
Eliminate unsafe acts and hazards.
Monitor equipment uptime and performance.
Scrutinize paper quality to meet customers' needs.
