Job summary

Qualifications

• At least seven years production/process engineering and supervisory experience in paper manufacturing operations.
• Ability to move about the mill, ascend/descend ladders, and tolerate temperature extremes.
• Willingness to work beyond normal schedule when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the management of paper machine line operations.
• Eliminate unsafe acts and hazards.
• Monitor equipment uptime and performance.
• Scrutinize paper quality to meet customers' needs.
• Support new grade development and optimization.
