Job summary

All Current is seeking a Production Technician III in Houston, TX to join our manufacturing team. You will work with blueprints, SOPs, and process documentation to assemble, test, and finalize commercial products, leveraging 3–5 years of related experience and a strong eye for quality and safety.

In this role, you will set up and operate production equipment, monitor quality metrics, maintain detailed records, and collaborate with engineering and QC to drive improvements in efficiency and safety

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in production, assembly, or processing.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics and manuals.
• Strong attention to detail and safety compliance.
• Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up, calibrate, and operate production equipment per blueprints and SOPs.
• Monitor quality metrics and adjust processes in real time.
• Maintain and document production records of workflow and equipment.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot machines to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with quality control and engineering to implement improvements.
• Adhere to workplace safety standards and use PPE.
• Train and mentor junior technicians.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
