Job summary

Deloitte is seeking an Associate Vice President, Engineering Management in Cyber Identity to lead strategy, solutioning, and delivery of privileged access management across cloud, hybrid, and on‑prem environments. You will direct engagements, manage scope, staffing, budgets, and risk while reporting to executives.

The role requires deep PAM expertise, mentoring abilities, and collaboration with client leaders and C-suite stakeholders across geographies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field listed in the qualifications.
• 12+ years in IT or cybersecurity involving design, implementation, or architecture of information systems.
• 10+ years delivering privileged access management across strategy, design, implementation, migration and operations.
• Experience leading enterprise-scale PAM implementations using CyberArk, Delinea, BeyondTrust, Vault or similar.
• Experience owning business development, scope, pricing, staffing, budgets, margins, risk, and quality across multiple engagements.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, solutioning, and delivery of PAM engagements across cloud, hybrid, and on-prem environments.
• Advise on PAM platform strategy, vendor evaluation, control design, and roadmap decisions.
• Oversee multiple engagements including scope, staffing, budgets, margins, risk, quality, and executive reporting.
• Direct PAM implementation programs, including operating model design, build standards, testing, and runbooks.
• Drive practice growth through business development, alliances, mentoring, and cross-geography leadership.
