Job summary

Quantum Technologies. LLC in Austin, TX seeks an experienced PAM Engineer to design, implement, and support privileged access management across the enterprise. You will lead platform upgrades, enforce tiered access controls, and develop onboarding playbooks while delivering KPI dashboards and secure operations.

The role requires strong IAM/PAM background, experience with major PAM platforms, and collaboration across IT security, operations, and cloud environments.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in IAM with 5+ years in PAM engineering.
• Expertise with CyberArk, Delinea or Vault.
• Experience securing privileged access across Windows, Linux, databases, APIs, and cloud.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and support PAM solutions for Workforce and Vendors.
• Serve as SME for upgrades, migrations, and major re-architecting work.
• Recommend PAM security standards and configuration baselines.
• Manage NHI, enforce administrative tiering (Tier 0/1/2 models), and platform hardening.
• Develop PAM onboarding playbooks for new systems.
• Monitor platform health and create KPI dashboards.
