We are seeking an experienced PAM Engineer to support and maintain our privileged access management platforms. The role focuses on PAM implementation, administration, and support, ensuring secure access, compliance, and a smooth user experience across the organization.

Sr. PAM Engineer - Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and support PAM solutions for both Workforce and Vendors in enterprise environments
• Act as SME for platform upgrades, migrations, and major re-architecting work
• Recommend PAM security standards and configuration baselines
• Manage NHI, enforce administrative tiering (Tier 0/1/2 models), and platform hardening
• Develop PAM onboarding playbooks for new systems
• Monitor platform health and create KPI dashboards

Sr. PAM Engineer - Mandatory Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM), with 5+ years in PAM engineering
• Expertise with leading PAM platforms such as CyberArk, Delinea, or HashiCorp Vault
• Strong understanding of privileged access concepts like credential vaulting and rotation, PSM, JIT, and JEA
• Experience securing privileged access across Windows/Linux servers, databases, APIs, and cloud platforms
• Strong scripting and automation skills using PowerShell, Python, Bash, or JavaScript
• Knowledge of compliance and security frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, NIST)
• Experience integrating PAM solutions with IAM/SSO platforms like Okta or Entra ID

Sr. PAM Engineer - Nice-to-Have Skills

• Vendor-specific PAM certifications (e.g., CyberArk, Delinea, HashiCorp)
• Experience with Zero Trust security architectures
• Experience with cloud-native PAM and secrets management
• Prefer Healthcare culture experience
• Experience integrating PAM with ITSM tools like ServiceNow
