Job summary

SMBC is seeking an IAM Architecture & Engineering professional to strengthen privileged access management across hybrid and cloud environments. You will design, implement, and optimize PAM solutions, integrating CyberArk and Delinea across on-prem and cloud platforms.

Join a team focused on Zero Trust, JIT access, and least privilege controls, partnering with IAM, Security, and Cloud groups to ensure regulatory compliance and robust security posture.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IAM experience with a strong PAM focus.
• Experience designing and implementing PAM in enterprise environments.
• Experience securing access for human and non-human identities.
• Deep CyberArk expertise (PVWA, CPM, PSM, Conjur).
• Experience with Delinea Secret Server or similar PAM platforms.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Entra PIM and cloud privilege governance.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain enterprise PAM architecture with vaulting and JIT access.
• Lead deployment and enhancement of CyberArk components (PVWA, CPM, PSM, Conjur).
• Integrate CyberArk and Delinea across on-prem, cloud, and hybrid environments.
• Develop CPM plugins and integrations for credential management.
• Build authentication and secrets management solutions using CyberArk Conjur.
• Govern privileged roles with Microsoft Entra PIM and RBAC/ABAC models.
• Automate PAM provisioning and onboarding with ServiceNow and SIEM tools.
• Monitor privileged activity and support audit/compliance reporting.
