Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's in CS or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years in security, infra/platform engineering, SRE or IAM roles.
- 4+ years directly in PAM and NHI solutions.
- Experience with Linux/Windows, on‑prem and cloud, Kubernetes, CI/CD.
- Experience with PAM or secrets platforms (Vault/CyberArk/Teleport/Azure PIM).
- Strong collaboration across global teams and operational rigor.
Responsibilities
- Modernize PAM, secure infrastructure access, and NHI services.
- Automate platforms via APIs, connectors, policy‑as‑code, onboarding templates.
- Integrate PAM/NHI into AI/LLM apps, agent frameworks, and internal platforms.
- Expand coverage across Linux/Windows, cloud/on‑prem, containers and IaC.
- Mature controls: JIT, breaking-glass, rotation, reviews, audit evidence.
- Maintain SRE rigor: monitoring, incident response, readiness, improvement.
