Job summary

American Express Global Business Travel is seeking a skilled PAM professional to manage privileged accounts and secrets within our Privileged Access Management environment. You will support rotation, auditing, logging, and incident resolution for privileged sessions, and drive risk mitigation with cross-functional teams.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years with CyberArk Privilege Cloud in enterprise settings, strong English communication, and a degree in Business or IT.

Qualifications

• 8+ years hands-on experience managing CyberArk Privilege Cloud in enterprise environments.
• Fluent English with excellent written and verbal communication.
• University degree in Business or IT; CyberArk certifications desirable.
• Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in high-pressure settings.
• Self-motivated with minimal supervision and autonomous work style.
• Flexible scheduling to support global operations; travel unlikely.

Responsibilities

• Manage privileged accounts and secrets within PAM to maintain security and compliance.
• Support access rotation, auditing, logging, and incident resolution for privileged sessions.
• Conduct access reviews, audit assessments, and compliance reporting for privileged accounts.
• Identify security risks and develop actionable mitigation plans.
• Onboard accounts, servers, apps, and secrets to Privilege Cloud using CyberArk connectors.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement mitigation actions with internal teams and vendors.
• Create and maintain documentation; train teams on PAM use cases and SOPs.
