Job summary

American Express Global Business Travel is seeking an experienced IAM professional to manage CyberArk Privilege Cloud and privileged accounts. You will drive security, rotation, auditing, logging and incident resolution across enterprise systems, and lead onboarding of accounts, servers and secrets.

You’ll collaborate with internal teams and vendors, perform root cause analysis, develop practical mitigations, and deliver training and documentation on best practices for Privileged Access

Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on experience managing CyberArk Privilege Cloud in enterprise environments.
• University degree in Business, Information Technology, or equivalent certifications.

Responsibilities

• Manage privileged accounts and secrets within our Privileged Access Management (PAM) solution.
• Support access rotation, auditing, logging, and incident resolution for privileged sessions and service requests.
• Conduct access reviews, audits, and compliance reporting for privileged accounts, secrets, and access policies.
• Identify security risks and develop actionable recommendations to mitigate significant risks.
• Lead onboarding of accounts, servers, applications, and secrets to Privilege Cloud using CyberArk connectors and plugins.
• Execute root cause analysis on issues and drive mitigation actions with internal teams and vendors.
• Create and maintain documentation; conduct training on Privileged Access Management.
