Job summary

Fiserv is seeking a Senior CyberArk Engineer to build and maintain the Privileged Access Management ecosystem. This role requires deep CyberArk expertise to secure privileged accounts across complex environments.

You will troubleshoot privileged access, develop CyberArk connections, support audits, and deliver regular security reporting to management. A Master’s degree and 8+ years IT/security experience are expected.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of IT experience with 5+ years in cybersecurity.
• 3+ years of CyberArk implementation, integration, and operations experience.
• 3+ years of systems/network administration (Windows, Unix/Linux, network devices).
• 2+ years of privileged access controls in Unix and Windows environments.
• 2+ years of development/scripting experience (PowerShell, Python, REST APIs).
• 2+ years of credential onboarding across multiple platforms.
• 1+ year of presenting technical solutions to management.
• Experience with corporate and external audit functions.
• Cybersecurity certifications (CISA, CISSP, CyberArk certifications).

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot complex privileged access environments through log and network analysis.
• Develop and maintain CyberArk connection components and plugins using scripting tools.
• Incorporate cybersecurity best practices for privileged account lifecycle governance.
• Perform disaster recovery tests, discovery audits, and present findings to management.
• Develop regular reporting and ensure accountability for security deliverables.
