Job summary

Deloitte's Cyber team seeks a Senior Engineering Management Specialist to install, integrate, and deploy privileged access management solutions across cloud, on-prem, and hybrid environments. You will lead onboarding efforts, develop operational documentation, and guide workstreams while collaborating with clients and stakeholders.

The role requires extensive PAM product experience, strong project leadership, and the ability to travel up to 50% as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security, Information Security, or related field.
• 6+ years of experience developing, implementing, or architecting information systems.
• 4+ years experience installing, integrating, and deploying privileged access management solutions in cloud, on-premises, or hybrid environments.
• 4+ years experience with PAM products like CyberArk, Beyond Trust and/or Delinea.
• 4+ years experience integrating PAM products with directory services, Windows or UNIX/Linux environments, databases, network devices, or security devices.
• Willingness to travel 25–50% and ability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Install, integrate, and deploy privileged access management solutions across cloud, on-premises, and hybrid environments.
• Administer Endpoint Privilege Manager for least-privilege and governance use cases, with monitoring and risk reduction.
• Lead onboarding and platform integrations using SCIM for directory services, servers, databases, and identity lifecycle.
• Develop runbooks, procedures, and validation docs; support upgrades, patches, vulnerability remediation, and production issue resolution.
• Lead workstreams across PAM engagements by providing technical guidance and interacting with clients and stakeholders.
