Job summary

Deloitte Cyber is recruiting for a Senior Engineering Management Specialist to drive privileged access management deployments across cloud, on-premises, and hybrid environments. You will lead onboarding, platform integrations, and create runbooks, procedures, and validation documents.

The role demands experience with CyberArk, Beyond Trust, or Delinea, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams. Travel 25–50% is expected; consulting background is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 6+ years of experience developing, implementing, or architecting information systems.
• 4+ years deploying PAM in cloud, on-premises, or hybrid environments.
• 4+ years with PAM products like CyberArk, Beyond Trust and/or Delinea.
• 4+ years integrating PAM with directory services, Windows/UNIX/Linux, databases, or networks.
• Willingness to travel 25-50%.
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Responsibilities

• Install, integrate, and deploy privileged access management solutions across cloud, on-premises, and hybrid environments.
• Lead onboarding and platform integrations using SCIM and related technologies.
• Develop runbooks, operational procedures, and validation documentation, supporting upgrades and remediation.
• Lead workstreams across PAM engagements, providing technical guidance and client communication.
