Job summary

Alliant Credit Union is seeking an experienced PAM professional to establish strategy, architecture, and design while driving the execution of PAM technologies. You will translate needs into a plan and lead design sessions to implement secure, least-privilege access.

The role requires building a PAM foundation, coordinating across teams to improve IAM solutions, maintaining operational documentation, and monitoring platform health.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum six years of Privileged Access Management (PAM) or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Establish strategy, architecture, design and drive the execution of PAM technologies.
• Identify tools and techniques to translate needs and future goals into a plan enabling secure, effective solutions.
• Develop and execute project plans; define access control, entitlements, and user access policy management.
• Translate requirements into detailed technical designs and lead design sessions.
• Build a PAM foundation to enforce least privilege and identify improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate across functions to enhance IAM solutions and compliance practices.
• Develop documentation to support PAM operations, maintenance and issue resolution.
• Install and configure PAM platform; monitor health and routine maintenance.
• Identify and resolve issues impacting team objectives and timelines.
• Establish session isolation and controls for privileged identities (e.g., Privileged Access Workstations).
