Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Firewall Engineer to support large-scale Palo Alto firewall environments within critical enterprise data centers. The role focuses on hardware refreshes, software upgrades, and infrastructure expansion projects that support electric grid operations.

The ideal candidate has deep Palo Alto expertise, experience with migrations and policy management, and solid knowledge of dynamic routing protocols in regulated environments. PCNSE certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of firewall engineering experience.
• 3+ years Palo Alto firewall experience.
• Experience with enterprise deployments, migrations, and hardware refresh projects.
• Strong knowledge of dynamic routing protocols (BGP and OSPF).
• Experience working in regulated/compliance-driven environments.
• Palo Alto PCNSE certification.
• Experience with Palo Alto VSYS (Virtual Systems).
