Responsibilities

• Process firewall-related tickets from the ticketing system.
• Create and update firewall access policies within Palo Alto firewalls.

• Test, tune, and optimize firewall security configurations.
• Troubleshoot network connectivity and security issues.

Location: Onsite 4 days/week in Charlotte, NC

Schedule: Standard business hours (likely 8-5 or 9-5)

Must-Haves:
